The City of Greeville

I never finished blogging photos from our trip to Greenville, South Carolina back in the spring. Here are random captures while wandering around this picturesque city.

There is no shortage of steps or hills in this city leading towards or away from the Reedy River.
There are quite a few water features adding to the ambiance.

The city streets are tree and shrub lined.
The plantings are protected with fencing to avoid people from trampling on them (I presume).
Storefronts are inviting.
Easy parking on either side of Main Street.
This old bank building is now a TD Bank with an impressive entryway.
Some eateries have outdoor seating.
Every tourist town needs sweets!
There are plenty of gorgeous facades to gaze up at.
The city is also filled with modern buildings.
There are plenty of places to sit down and enjoy a take away lunch.
There is seating under the bridges creating cool spaces on hot days.
The spring time is filled with azalea beauty here.
I do love their public service announcements.

We did witness a couple of people driving down Main Street with the car radios blaring. They must be illiterate.

The Medusa Tree is a masterpiece from Mother Nature. I am standing there to show perspective. It is crazy huge! This is located along the popular Swamp Rabbit Trail which is a 22 mile trail for bikers and walkers from Greenville to Travelers Rest in South Carolina.

Have a marvelous day/evening (wherever you are on the clock)! ~Val
