I don't believe this is city commissioned art since it is on the grounds of a newer hotel but I love the sewing theme with the thimbles, safety pin and needles!
Greenville offers an interactive map for visitors. Over 100 pieces are featured in the public art walking tour. We only saw a fraction of them since we were too busy chillaxing.
Have a marvelous day/evening (wherever you are on the clock)! ~Val
Street art adds so much to a community and gives people a great reason to explore familiar neighbourhoods.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly does!
DeleteInteresting art. Love it all.
ReplyDeleteThank you Pam!
DeleteSome interesting pieces. I saw Il Porcellino in Florence and rubbed his snout to ensure a return visit :)
ReplyDeleteIl Porcellino has such charm!
DeleteTruly love them all Val! I have to admit, the Rose Crystal Tower was really cool! Big Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThe rose tower is so cool. It was dirty the day we were there. I think it was needing a heavy rain storm to clean it off!
DeleteHow lovely to see this street art and sculptures.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
